The 2025 NBA All-Star Game captured the attention of 4.7 million viewers on TNT platforms, marking a 13% decrease from the numbers seen in 2024. This game recorded the second-lowest viewership in the event’s history, just ahead of the 2023 game, which managed 4.6 million viewers. Notably, the last three All-Star Games have averaged fewer than six million viewers, a threshold that had never been crossed before.
This year, the NBA also faced significant competition from “SNL 50” on NBC, which attracted a whopping 14.8 million viewers. Looking ahead, basketball fans can expect the 2026 NBA All-Star Game to switch gears as it will be broadcast by NBC.
As for All-Star Saturday Night, the event brought in an audience of 3.4 million, a drop from the 4.57 million viewers in 2024. Meanwhile, the NHL’s 4-Nations Face-Off, running parallel to the NBA’s Saturday night events, saw 4.4 million viewers tuning in on ABC.
