Well, here’s a fun nugget for you: the Arizona Cardinals have the best win percentage in overtime. Yeah, I’m not pulling your leg here.
Curiosity got the better of me and led me down this internet rabbit hole – you know how it is. Dov Kleiman spilled the beans on X about the Cardinals, and who knew? Started out in good ole Racine/Chicago, hopped to Chicago, had a quick fling with Pittsburgh, back to Chicago (because why not?), then settled in St. Louis for a bit from the ’60s to the ’80s, and boom, hit Phoenix and Arizona’s dry desert vibes since ’88. The Cards, as their cool buddies call them, managed to snag two NFL titles along their hundred-something-year journey. Plus, don’t forget their Super Bowl face-off in 2008. A showdown against the Steelers ended with more tears than cheers for ‘Zona fans, but hey, dreamers keep dreaming.
