The buzz at Michigan State is the upcoming visit from an Indiana prospect, Carsen Eloms, who’s garnering interest as a talented cornerback. According to Allen Trieu from 247Sports, Eloms is set to drop by Michigan State on March 27, hailing from Fishers, Indiana. Besides checking out the Spartans, he’s also planning to swing by Vanderbilt, Purdue, and Wisconsin this spring.
Ranked as a three-star player by 247Sports, Eloms boasts an 87 on their composite system. In the class of 2026, he’s coming in as the 63rd cornerback, the 689th prospect overall, and the seventh top player from Indiana.
Michigan State isn’t the only team eyeing Eloms—247Sports notes he’s got offers from about 15 schools. This list includes Purdue, Wisconsin, Missouri, and several others like Vanderbilt, Akron, and Miami (OH).
Also, mark your calendars for June, when Eloms is penciled in for an official visit with Michigan State.
