Somehow, they nabbed Brady Cook from Missouri. I mean, this guy was practically the poster boy for the Tigers with 39 starts. Imagine slogging through four years of college games—didn’t even drop the ball much, if you ask me. Just 11 touchdowns and two picks last season. Oh, and he ran too. Five TDs. Impressive or just busy? You decide.
Then there’s Jordan Clark, the Notre Dame safety. Got his dad’s footsteps to fill—Ryan Clark, if you remember. ESPN guy now. Kind of a big deal. Plus, they went ahead and added Donovan Edwards from Michigan. His college days had more ups and downs than a seesaw—solid sophomore run but then, well, it just fizzled. Do they think they can reignite that fire?
Anyway—wait, where was I? Right, new faces. Lots of them: Jared Bartlett, Dean Clark, Caden Davis, Gus Hartwig. Oh, and some wild cards too like Dymere Miller and Fatorma Mulbah—what a name, by the way. Roll that name around your tongue a bit.
