Should Florida not be to your taste, there’s always the next Power Slap event waiting with open arms.
That’s the route notorious kickboxer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan took. After being mired in a storm of legal troubles in Romania over some pretty severe allegations—such as rape, human trafficking, and operating a group that allegedly sought to exploit women—they managed to make their way out of Europe and landed back on American soil.
Once back in the U.S., and finding themselves unwelcome in Florida, they gravitated toward Las Vegas. Here, they schmoozed with none other than Dana White, the head honcho of UFC and the brains behind Power Slap.
The duo snagged front-row seats at Power Slap 12 that Friday night, marking their first meeting with White. As captured in the vibrant footage above, the encounter was filled with smiles, handshakes, and even a few hugs. Could we be witnessing the start of a professional, albeit controversial, alliance between White and the controversial figures?
A witness in Las Vegas shared with The Sun some candid observations, noting that despite their seemingly arrogant bravado and attempts to play the alpha male role, there was an underlying awkwardness to the Tate brothers. When the event wrapped up, they cruised around town in a convoy of four black SUVs, entourage in tow.
Though they’ve left Romania, the legal challenges for the Tate brothers are far from over. They face separate charges for rape and trafficking back in the UK, and there’s also a civil lawsuit in the United States, filed by a woman who claims the Tates manipulated her into sex work.
So, in essence, while they’ve managed to relocate, the cloud of serious allegations still looms large over Andrew and Tristan Tate, casting a significant shadow on their futures.
