Forward Vit Krejci had to leave Monday night’s game early because of a lower back contusion. After some thorough evaluation and imaging at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex, doctors confirmed that he has a non-displaced lumbar fracture. Krejci will be facing another evaluation in about three to four weeks, and that’s when we’ll hear the next update on his condition.
Meanwhile, forward Larry Nance Jr. was also forced out of the same Monday night game in Orlando due to an issue with his right knee. Following his assessment and imaging at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex, it was revealed that he suffered a non-displaced fracture of his right medial femoral condyle. Nance Jr. will need to be re-evaluated in roughly six weeks, after which the team will provide an update on his recovery progress.
